Shagufta Ora
Shagufta has joined the MIX team as the Data Warehouse Lead. She is responsible for the designing, developing, building, implementing and continuously improving the Microfinance Data Warehouse (MFDW). Shagufta comes to MIX with over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Data Analyst at Capital One Bank and Chevy Chase Bank. She has a strong background in data modeling, data Analysis, business requirement analysis.
Shagufta received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Information Systems from The University of Auckland, NZ.
Originally from Bangladesh, Shagufta speaks Bengali and English.
