Scott Gaul is the Product Development Manager at MIX. He joined MIX in early 2006, working as analyst for Eastern Europe and Central Asia and East Asia and the Pacific. Prior to joining MIX, Scott worked on interest rate risk management and asset/liability management issues for banks and other financial institutions, including the World Bank. He also has experience at a leading microfinance institution in Kyrgyzstan. As Product Development Manager, Scott researches, develops, and operationalizes new information products that serve MIX’s mission, business priorities and client information needs, such as the new MIX Market platform.

Scott has a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Chicago, and a master’s degree in International Economics and International Development from the Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington. He speaks Russian.
