Renso Martínez is MIX's Operations Manager and the Regional Manager at MIX’s Latin American and the Caribbean Office in Lima, Perú. Renso is responsible for MIX’s regional operations, ensuring relevant coverage of the microfinance market, managing MIX’s team of local microfinance analysts and off-shore microfinance analysts based in the networks throughout the region, and leading MIX's efforts in the region to standardize microfinance reporting. He has also released diverse publications related to microfinance. Renso brings to MIX experience in Peru from Banco Ripley’s risk area, one of the biggest consumer lenders in the country, and Maximixe Consult, an enterprise responsible for the regulatory conversion of NGOs to EDPYMEs.

Renso is an Engineering Economist from the National Engineering University (UNI) and he has finished a master’s in finance from the Graduate School of Business Administration (ESAN).
