Peter Magnaye
As CIO, Peter is responsible for developing and evolving MIX's technology vision and strategy, enabling the organization to further its vital role in the microfinance world. He created a framework that rationalized and united all technology initiatives across the company and continues to work with the rest of the executive team to align the core business operations, technology and communications initiatives to further the company’s mission and respond to the needs of MIX constituents. Prior to MIX he was the Technology Director at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and held technology positions at Fannie Mae, BEA Systems (now Oracle Corporation), Bell Atlantic (now Verizon Communications) and the Association of American Medical Colleges.
Peter holds an M.S. in Information and Telecommunication Systems from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines.
He speaks Tagalog.
